This year KiteJamboree exceeded our expectations and I am really pleased to announce it was a great success.
The whole idea started in 2008 with a couple of booths, some competitions and a few riders.
During KiteJamboree 2009 we had an excellent wind, we held the first Egyptian Championships and the whole set of kitesurfing disciplines.

This year would never have been so great without cooperation with Papas Bar, Ministry of Sound, Kristin Boese (KB4Girls.com), Toby (Kiteforum.com), Sebastian from Kiteboarding-Club and ElGouna City especially Doro and Sherif. Sponsors did a great Job, exhibitors showsed their newest products and competitors their highest riding level. Dave Cooper and all others photographers spent hours to capture those unforgettable moments.

Big thanks for all RedSeaZone Team which showed the highest involvement and left a piece of its heart in this Event. Special guests Kristin Boese and our champion Asia Litwin believe in KiteJamboree so much so they promised to come back next year and be a part of it.

I hope that KiteJamboree will grow bigger like my belief in the idea of gathering surf hordes to develop the most beautiful sport in the world - KiteSurfing.

On the last day of competition we had a great party at RedSeaZone with awards ceremony, fashion show and The Misfits live concert ! All competitors got a huge aplauz, which was also directed to the prize sponsors Nobile, Crazy Fly, Sp, Choc, Unhooked, F-one, Best and North.
